風(fēng)生水起:171.15.39.148這周的documentary session的紀(jì)錄片。很引人深思的關(guān)于transitional justice的討論?？赐旮袆诱鸷持?，兩個問題或者說argument。這是不是僅僅victory justice，或者說power-shift driven justice。他在西班牙這個很特別的case成功了。但是在世界其他地方，比如drug war under the 杜特爾特的regime，其中存在的human abuse甚至還沒有機(jī)會被frame作為一個humanitarian危機(jī)。第二點(diǎn)是關(guān)于procedure和substance justice的爭論。amnesty law是不是能維持他procedural上的法律效益。為了substance去推翻procedure是否得當(dāng)。 -
